Sweden is similar to many other countries in that people tend to plan their moves around the school year. Houses usually become available in the spring, right after Easter. That's why April, May and June are the best times to look for a home in Sweden. It's better to plan your move around these seasons as you will have the most choices of homes available. Apartments tend to be less seasonal as most people living in apartments do not plan around the school year.
